(hereinafter referred to as "FINPLOY"/"We"/"Us") is committed to upholding the privacy and security of the information provided by every person ("User"/"You") accessing and using any version of the Finploy website or application located at finploy.sg ("App"/"Website"). This Privacy Policy explains how We collect, use, disclose, transfer and protect Personal Data in Singapore in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the "PDPA").

By accessing or using the App/Website, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. We may update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. 1. The App/Website and Clients

Finploy operates a recruitment software application and website branded "Finploy" ("App/Website"). Employers and jobseekers ("Clients") may browse, register and use the App/Website. Access and use imply that Clients have read, understood and accepted this Privacy Policy.

2. Personal Data We Collect

2.1 Definition

"Personal Data" means data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified from that data, or from that data and other information to which We have or are likely to have access (as defined under the PDPA). This may include:

• Contact details (e.g., name, mobile number, email address).
• Profile information (e.g., work history, education, skills, CV/resume contents, job preferences).
• Device and usage information (e.g., IP address, device identifiers, location data where enabled).
• Communications and interactions with Us (e.g., support requests, feedback).
• Limited transactional information required to provide our services (e.g., paid feature billing records; we do not store full payment card details on our servers).

2.2 Sources

We collect Personal Data:

• Directly from You (when You create an account, submit a CV, apply for a job, contact support, etc.).
• From Your authorized connections (e.g., social or professional networks You connect with Us).
• Automatically from Your device when You use the App/Website (cookies/SDKs/analytics, per Section 12 below).
• From employers/recruiters posting roles, and from publicly available sources where permitted by law.

2.3 Voluntary Provision and Accuracy

Provision of Personal Data is generally voluntary; however, if You do not provide certain information, We may not be able to provide some features. You shall ensure Personal Data provided is accurate and complete and notify Us of any changes.

3. Purposes of Collection, Use and Disclosure

We collect, use and disclose Personal Data for the following purposes:

• Operating and administering the App/Website, Your account and user profiles.
• Job matching and recruitment (e.g., sharing jobseeker profiles with potential employers and receiving job details from employers).
• Improving and personalizing features, providing customer support and communications.
• Processing payments for any paid services and fraud prevention.
• Analytics, service quality, and App/Website performance.
• Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, industry codes and law enforcement requests in Singapore.
• Any other purpose for which You have given consent or which is permitted under the PDPA.

Where We disclose Personal Data, it may be to: (a) our affiliates and service providers (IT hosting, analytics, payment processors, customer support); (b) prospective employers or recruiters, when You apply or opt to be discoverable; and (c) advisers, auditors and regulators as required by law.

4. Consent, Withdrawal, Access and Correction

• Consent: By providing Personal Data, You consent to our collection, use and disclosure for the purposes stated above.
• Withdrawal of consent: You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting support@finploy.sg. We will process Your request within a reasonable time; note this may affect our ability to provide services.
• Access and correction: You may request access to or correction of Your Personal Data by contacting support@finploy.sg. We may require reasonable information to verify Your identity and may charge a reasonable fee permitted under the PDPA for access requests.

5. Retention

We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy or to comply with legal and business requirements, after which We will cease retention or anonymise the data.

6. Protection

We employ administrative, physical and technical measures designed to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. Measures include:

• Encryption in transit (e.g., HTTPS/SSL) and appropriate encryption or segregation at rest where applicable.

Where a data breach is notifiable under the PDPA (e.g., likely to result in significant harm, or involves a significant scale of affected individuals), We will notify the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) and affected individuals as required.

9. Marketing, Do Not Call (DNC) & Communications

We may send You service messages (which are not marketing) and, with consent where required, marketing communications about Finploy or our partners. We comply with Singapore’s Do Not Call Registry requirements. If Your Singapore telephone number is listed on the DNC Registry, We will not send You marketing messages unless You have provided clear and unambiguous consent. You may opt out of marketing at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting support@finploy.sg.

10. Use of Google Advertising ID / Cookies / Analytics

We may use cookies, SDKs and identifiers (including Google Advertising ID where applicable) for analytics, App performance, fraud prevention and (with consent where required) advertising/remarketing. You may reset or limit such identifiers or adjust cookie preferences through Your device or browser settings. We honour applicable reset and opt-out settings.

11. Third-Party Links and Services

The App/Website may contain links to third-party sites and services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of such third parties. Please review their policies before providing Personal Data.

12. Children’s Data

Our services are not intended for children below the age prescribed by applicable law. If You believe a child’s Personal Data has been provided to Us without appropriate consent, please contact Us and We will take appropriate steps.

13. Disclaimer

While Finploy implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal data, no electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Accordingly, Finploy cannot guarantee absolute security or be held responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from unauthorised access beyond our reasonable control.

14. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles.
