Finploy provides recruitment, job-matching and related HR technology services through its platform, including job postings, candidate database access, recruitment campaigns and analytics (“Services”). We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering or using the Site;
• Comply with all applicable laws and these Terms;
• Use the Site only for legitimate recruitment or job-search purposes;
• Keep login details secure and confidential; and
• Not misuse the Site, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorised access.

5. Orders and Payment

Pricing for Services will be displayed on the Site or shared in writing. Payment terms are as stated in your order or invoice. All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise indicated and are exclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Late payments may attract interest at the prevailing rate permitted under Singapore law.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, technology, and intellectual property on the Site belong to Finploy or its licensors. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Finploy shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental or special damages;
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill or business opportunities; or
• Any reliance placed on information provided through the Site.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

10. Events Beyond Our Control

We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, or network outages.

11. Anti-Bribery and Ethics

We conduct business in accordance with Singapore’s Prevention of Corruption Act and expect all clients and partners to uphold equivalent standards of integrity, fairness, and compliance.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Site. Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases immediately, but obligations accrued prior to termination will survive.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
